Terms of Service - AIVERSAL Studio

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AIVERSAL Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, API, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide access to powerful AI models including Veo 3.0, Sora 2.0, and Kling AI for generating videos and images. These terms govern your use of these powerful tools.

2. Account Security & Google Login

Access to AIVERSAL Studio requires authentication via Google OAuth. We prioritize your account security and data minimization.

Security Guarantee

We do not access your Google Account credentials. When you login with Google, we only receive your email address, profile picture, and basic profile name for identification purposes. We cannot read your emails, access your Google Drive files, or change your Google password. Your Google account remains completely secure under Google's own protection protocols.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session. AIVERSAL Studio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your device or account session.

3. Service Availability (Uptime)

While we strive for high availability, AIVERSAL Studio relies on complex third-party GPU clusters and AI model providers (including Google DeepMind, OpenAI, and Kuaishou).

Disclaimer

Our services are NOT guaranteed to be 100% operational. API endpoints, video generation queues, and website access may experience downtime, latency, or failure due to high traffic, maintenance, or upstream provider outages. We do not offer refunds for downtime unless explicitly stated in a separate Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Pricing, Credits & Changes

AIVERSAL Studio operates on a credit-based system. The computational cost of generative AI is volatile and subject to global GPU demand.

Dynamic Pricing: The amount of credits required to generate a video or image may change at any time based on server load and model costs.
No Notice Required: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices, credit bundles, and free tier limits without prior notice.
Non-Refundable: Purchases of credits or subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Credit Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, free trial credits may expire if the account remains inactive for 30 days.

5. Data Privacy & Safety

We take your privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Input Data: The text prompts and images you upload are processed solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Generated Content: Videos and images created on our platform are stored on our servers to allow you to download them. However, we are not a permanent storage solution. We recommend downloading your creations immediately. We may delete old files to manage server storage space.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use AIVERSAL Studio to generate:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors.
Deepfakes intended to deceive, defame, or harass individuals.
Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal acts.
Political misinformation or propaganda.

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent ban without refund. We cooperate fully with law enforcement regarding illegal content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVERSAL Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
